DIY pantry from the closet under the stairs.

Since I have time off now, thanks to only needing to do part-time hair and work on content creating for brands, I can finally do some things I have wanted to do!

This week we got to go thrifting and i found some Mccoy treasures and a 4 tier shelf from Aldi so, I had this idea to turn my weird little space under the stairs into a bakers pantry! We just stored odd and end things in the closet since it also houses our hot water heater. So we put together the shelfing system and it fit like a glove!

This ended up being the perfect size for all of my dutch ovens and sourdough baking supplies. Even the hubby and kids were excited about this DIY. (They gripe about my dutch ovens and baking “stuff” being all over the kitchen) Now everything has its place and im so glad I had the day off to get this done! It is everything i hoped it would be!

After my thrifting haul, I incorporated the finds into my baking pantry which made it a vintage dream closet and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Here are some of my thrifts and how I styled them.

I would love to find a vintage canister set for my flour and sugar that fits the vintage vibe in here. Something to look forward to on my next thrifting trip! I just wanted to share this idea with you incase you too had some unused space that could be turned into something practical and a creative useful space. Sometimes you don’t need a bigger house, you just need to think outside of the box! Go make something! Love you bye.
